Senior Litigation Associate

A law firm seeks a proactive and experienced Senior Litigation Associate to enhance its team in Beverly Hills, CA. This full-time, on-site position is critical to overseeing the litigation process, managing cases, and integrating innovative technologies, particularly AI, to ensure exceptional legal service delivery to clients.

Duties

• Case Evaluation and Trial Preparation:

  • Independently evaluate cases and develop comprehensive discovery plans.
  • Take and defend depositions, working directly with clients to articulate their narratives persuasively.
  • Draft legal motions, oppositions, and represent the firm at hearings.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and implement tailored case strategies.
  • Prepare for and participate in bi-monthly team meetings to discuss case management and improvements.

• Legal Support & Case Management:

  • Assist in document review and case analysis to inform strategy.
  • Draft and respond to written discovery while engaging in detailed meet and confer communications.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop and implement specific discovery plans.
  • Enhance client experiences through effective case storytelling and superior service.
  • Ensure the client intake process aligns with the firm’s professional standards.

• Marketing & Business Development:

  • Contribute to the firm’s marketing initiatives, focusing on optimizing the website and digital presence.
  • Develop strategies to enhance client acquisition, business growth, market expansion, and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to manage digital marketing campaigns.

• Project Oversight:

  • Lead special projects that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the firm.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-time litigation experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of business management experience.
• Proficiency in AI applications and technology relevant to business operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to lead projects that improve operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while working under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with a diverse client base and team members.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California (Required).
