A law firm seeks a Mid-level Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position is ideal for candidates with a solid background in commercial real estate transactions and a desire to engage in a dynamic and high-volume practice.

Duties:

  • Support the Real Estate practice by managing various commercial real estate transactions.
  • Represent institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds throughout all phases of the investment cycle.
  • Assist with sophisticated lending transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft necessary documentation to facilitate transactions.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, with exposure to various aspects of the field.
  • Strong academic credentials and a proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the bar in good standing for the relevant jurisdiction.
