Duties:

  • Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
  • Handle complex personal injury cases, including Michigan No-Fault, premises liability, general negligence, and sexual abuse claims.
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and settlements that protect clients’ rights.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, gathering key facts from clients and witnesses to build strong case strategies.
  • Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure favorable outcomes.
  • Keep clients informed and reassured throughout all stages of their cases.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Michigan Bar Association.
  • Experience in personal injury litigation, with expertise in Michigan No-Fault law.
  • Trial experience preferred but not mandatory.

Education:

  • Doctoral degree in Law (Juris Doctor).

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Michigan (Michigan Bar).
