Duties

• Provide legal representation and advice to clients with a focus on compassionate and ethical care.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with clients.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in family law to provide informed and relevant legal counsel.
• Collaborate with the firm’s resources for client intake, marketing, and administrative support.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and manage client relationships.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar.
• At least 3 years of experience in family law.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with limited-scope representation is a plus.
• Strong commitment to delivering empathetic legal care during critical family moments.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar Membership in the state of Florida.
