Location

Duties

• Represent clients in structuring and developing commercial, retail, hotel, resort, and residential condominiums, as well as land condominiums and property owners' associations.
• Ensure a smooth pre-turnover process for residential condominiums and commercial properties.
• Act as primary legal counsel for condominium development projects, including drafting complex documents and navigating regulatory approvals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the legal process.
• Advocate for clients using exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of meaningful experience in real estate, specifically in condominium development.
• Proven ability to represent developers, buyers, and sellers in both commercial and residential property transactions.
• A portable book of business to support a team of 1-2 associates and a condo paralegal.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Skills

• Expertise in drafting complex condominium and vertical subdivision documents.
• Strong analytical, oral, and written advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration with attorneys and paralegals to provide exceptional client service.
