Personal Injury Attorney

A law firm seeks a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join their team in New York, NY. Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution, including client intake, investigation, drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and preparing for trial.
• Provide outstanding client service by maintaining regular communication and updates.
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and support staff to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
• Attend court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations as needed.
• Engage in legal research and analysis to support case strategies and documentation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation on the plaintiff side.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the New York State Bar.
