Duties:

  • Represent clients in personal injury cases, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
  • Handle cases from inception to completion, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Advocate in court, both in pre-trial motions and trials.
  • Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Analyze and prepare cases for trial by formulating legal strategies, interviewing witnesses, and gathering evidence.
  • Ensure clients are kept informed throughout the legal process.
  • Negotiate settlements when appropriate but be prepared to take cases to trial for full recovery.

Requirements:

  • Active law license in good standing with the North Carolina or South Carolina Bar.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional client service.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and tasks simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Obsessive attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar membership in North Carolina or South Carolina.

Certifications:

  • NC or SC Bar admission is required.
