A law firm seeks a motivated Litigation Intake Associate Attorney to join its team in Corpus Christi, TX. Duties

  • Manage the intake and onboarding process for new clients.

  • Analyze legal issues specific to each case and develop case strategies.

  • Conduct thorough legal research and review demand letters.

  • Communicate with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the process.

  • Negotiate settlements and handle initial litigation procedures.

  • Coordinate with litigation teams to transition cases effectively.

  • Prepare and review legal documentation, including pleadings and motions.

  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and legal ethics standards.

Requirements

  • Strong commitment to client service and advocacy.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
