This role is ideal for an attorney with 3-5 years of construction litigation experience who is eager to contribute to a growing practice focused on prosecuting large-scale construction and insurance disputes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, and have the opportunity to play a key role in building a successful practice within a dynamic firm.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in construction litigation matters, particularly involving single-family residence construction defects.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct depositions, handle discovery, and manage case files.
  • Provide legal counsel to clients on construction and insurance disputes.
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies.
  • Maintain communication with clients, ensuring timely updates on case progress.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in construction litigation.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
