Duties:

  • Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in various immigration matters
  • Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and other necessary legal documents
  • Conduct client consultations and assess eligibility for various immigration benefits
  • Attend immigration hearings, court proceedings, and other legal matters as required
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies
  • Collaborate with legal team members to achieve successful outcomes for clients

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the state bar (preferably in North Carolina or Florida)
  • Experience practicing immigration law (preferred)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership in good standing (State Bar of North Carolina or Florida preferred)
