A well-established law firm based in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team. Duties:

• Manage all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation demands to trial preparation.
• Draft detailed pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Engage in discovery, including depositions, expert work, and court appearances.
• Lead depositions and collaborate with clients and opposing counsel.
• Oversee correspondence and communication with clients, experts, and other parties involved in cases.
• Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of case law and litigation trends.
• Support team members and mentor junior attorneys as necessary.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of litigation experience, with federal court and class action exposure.
• Licensed to practice law in California and good standing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters and contribute to successful case outcomes.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Proven attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Trial experience is a plus, though not required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in California.

Skills:
