Job Overview:
A reputable law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join its Investment Funds Group. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in real estate transactions, particularly in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Familiarity with securities offerings is advantageous. This role offers flexibility and can be structured as a full-time or part-time position. Candidates should possess strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Duties:

• Advise clients on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions.
• Assist with structuring investment funds and securities offerings related to real estate.
• Draft and negotiate complex real estate contracts, documents, and agreements.
• Perform legal research and provide clear, concise advice to clients.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
• Ensure all legal work is completed on time and meets the highest standards.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of real estate experience, focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in teams.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
