A law firm in Dallas is actively seeking a talented Junior Real Estate Associate Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate must possess stellar academic credentials and have previous experience in a major law firm setting. The Junior Real Estate Associate Attorney will play a key role in handling real estate legal matters for the firm. This position requires a candidate with a strong academic background and a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate law.

 

Duties:

  • Assisting senior attorneys in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis on real estate issues.
  • Drafting and reviewing real estate-related legal documents.
  • Participating in client meetings and negotiations.
  • Providing general support to the real estate practice group.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Texas.
  • 1+ years of experience in real estate law.
  • Stellar academic credentials.

  • Strong understanding of real estate law and transactions.
  • Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
