Mid-level Class Action Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm specializing in complex litigation seeks a Mid-level Class Action Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team in Wilmington, DE. Duties:

• Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and promptly reply to correspondence.
• Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.
• Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.
• Foster positive work relationships and collaborate with colleagues.
• Comply with all firm policies and practices.
• Engage in physical and sedentary activities, such as working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.
• Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 4 years of litigation experience, preferably gained while practicing at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Experience managing a multi-matter docket.
• Proven experience with class action defense and complex commercial litigation, securities, and consumer litigation.
• Previous federal clerkship preferred.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Good business judgment and excellent organizational skills.
