Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Associate Attorney for its Los Angeles office. The successful candidate will have a robust background in complex litigation matters and will play an integral role in supporting the firm’s litigation practice. Duties:

• Assist in handling complex litigation cases from pretrial to resolution.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft legal documents such as briefs and motions.
• Manage document production and discovery processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Participate in case strategy development and assist in trial preparation.
• Contribute to client development activities, including writing articles and speaking engagements.
• Collaborate effectively with other attorneys, staff, and clients to provide optimal legal solutions.
• Support practice growth by engaging in business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in complex litigation matters.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Experience with document production and discovery processes.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Willingness to engage in client development activities and contribute to the firm's growth.

Education:

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission.
