Duties:

• Lead and manage high-stakes litigation and arbitration teams in construction and engineering disputes
• Represent clients in commercial litigation, particularly within construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors
• Develop and execute effective case strategies, ensuring exceptional client service
• Oversee case documentation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
• Perform both written and oral advocacy in court and arbitration settings
• Coordinate and communicate with clients regularly, managing cases efficiently under tight timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of commercial litigation experience with a preference for international arbitration expertise
• Background in construction, infrastructure, or energy disputes is strongly preferred
• Experience in large law firm settings, handling complex commercial litigation cases
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams and directing case strategy
• Active bar admission in the state of the chosen office location
• Foreign language proficiency is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
