A law firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Closing Attorney to join its reputable team in the Summerville, SC area. The attorney will oversee residential and commercial real estate transactions, ensuring smooth processes from contract to closing. This role involves working closely with clients and other parties to deliver exceptional service while contributing to the firm’s growth and community presence.

Duties

  • Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions, including sales and refinances.
  • Review title documents and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate seamless transactions.
