Duties:

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active and in good standing with the Illinois State Bar.
  • Strong knowledge of probate law, estate administration, and guardianship processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required.

Certifications:

  • Active Illinois Bar membership required.
