• Review and ensure accuracy in chains of title.
• Participate in special projects and handle additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Maine Bar Association.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in client interactions via email, phone, and legal systems.
• Excellent client service and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to solve problems and make timely decisions under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Maine Bar membership is required.
