Case Development Intake Attorney

A talented and career-driven Case Development Intake Attorney is sought to manage a specific docket of approximately 50 cases. This role involves investigating and developing cases, preserving evidence, and preparing them for transfer to the litigation team, all while providing excellent client service.

Location: Irving, TX

Duties:

• Work with an assigned case manager on case development.
• Investigate and preserve evidence related to assigned cases.
• Secure accident reports and property damage documentation.
• Photograph accident scenes and gather witness statements.
• Communicate with clients and adjusters regarding case progress.
• Prepare monthly status reports and manage expense requests.
• Handle property damage claims and assist clients in developing medical damages.
• Act as a liaison between management and adverse adjusters to negotiate settlements.
• Conduct criminal and social media investigations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal obligations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas state bar license in good standing.
• 0-3 years of personal injury experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to client service and excellent writing skills.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Texas State Bar.
