Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Draft and revise various legal agreements, including retainer agreements, fee agreements, power of attorney forms, case management agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis as needed.
  • Assist with client intake and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide support on other legal and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
