• Collaborate with clients to align legal strategies with their long-term business objectives.
• Contribute to the growth and strategic planning of the firm's energy sector.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in renewable energy project finance and/or tax credit transactions.
• Proficiency in managing complex transactions in client-driven environments.
• Strong background in drafting and negotiating legal agreements and documents.
• Experience in renewable energy due diligence.
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• An active member in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar.
• Must be eligible to practice law in the state of Wisconsin.
