Job Overview: A law firm in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney with at least 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in renewable energy development, railroad real estate, or telecom real estate. Strong writing and oral advocacy skills are essential for this role.

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in real estate transactions and matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements, contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate laws, regulations, and precedents.
  • Advise clients on real estate development, zoning, land use, and environmental issues.
  • Represent clients in real estate litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution proceedings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney.
  • Experience with renewable energy development, railroad real estate, or telecom real estate is preferred.
  • Excellent writing, oral advocacy skills, and academic credentials.
  • Active law license in the applicable jurisdiction, or eligibility to become admitted to the applicable Bar.

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active law license in the applicable jurisdiction, or eligibility to become admitted to the applicable Bar.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in real estate law and related areas such as property law, contracts, and zoning regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
