Duties:

• Represent clients in felony, misdemeanor, and DUI cases from inception through trial.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to build strong defense strategies.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Negotiate plea bargains and settlements on behalf of clients when necessary.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with legal team members to ensure comprehensive client representation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of prior courtroom experience handling criminal cases.
