The ideal candidate will communicate with clients, develop efficient case resolution strategies, negotiate settlements, draft pleadings, and handle all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation.

Duties:

• Assume responsibility for cases at all levels of complexity
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the legal process
• Develop strategies leading to the efficient resolution of cases
• Negotiate and settle cases-in-chief as well as liens
• Draft pleadings, motions, and reports as required
• Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation

Requirements:

• Valid California Bar License
• Demonstrated experience in workers’ compensation defense
• Strong negotiation and settlement skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage a high caseload effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proficient in legal research and writing

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• California Bar Association membership in good standing
