A law firm in Cherry Hill is seeking a Lateral Real Estate Transactional Attorney with 4+ years of experience in handling sophisticated real estate matters. The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting and negotiation skills for leases, purchase and sale contracts, and related documents, along with excellent client service abilities.

Duties:

  • Manage and oversee complex commercial real estate transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate leases, purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and closing documents.
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients on real estate matters.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews and title examinations.
  • Advise on zoning, land use issues, and environmental regulations.
  • Handle regulatory compliance and permitting issues as they relate to real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure timely completion of transactions.

Requirements:

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.
  • 4+ years of experience in real estate transactional legal work.
  • Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and purchase agreements.
  • Strong understanding of real estate finance and closing processes.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client servicing skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.
