Duties

• Manage workers’ compensation defense and insurance defense matters

• Draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery documents

• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses

• Participate in depositions and court appearances

• Review documents and manage pre-trial discovery

• Engage directly with clients regarding case strategy and updates

• Collaborate with legal team to resolve matters efficiently and effectively

Requirements

• 2–10 years of relevant litigation experience

• Prior experience in workers’ compensation or insurance defense preferred

• Strong communication and writing abilities

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Licensed and in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member of the Oklahoma Bar
