• Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court hearings and present legal arguments effectively.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and case management.
• Experience handling legal research, drafting, and court representation.
• Federal court experience is essential.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Colorado Bar (Required).
