Duties:

• Manage class action and representative actions, along with single-plaintiff cases
• Provide general employment law advice and counsel
• Handle discovery processes, including drafting motions and briefs
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Represent clients in evidentiary hearings, status conferences, and dispositive motion arguments
• Prepare for and participate in trial proceedings
• Demonstrate excellent research and writing skills

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of legal experience, ideally in litigation and/or labor and employment law
• Admitted to practice law in California

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• California State Bar membership

Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Expertise in managing cases from inception through trial
