Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania; admission in New York is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience with civil litigation in both state and federal courts.
  • Proven experience conducting and defending depositions.
