Duties:

• Attend scheduled court hearings on behalf of clients in Texas courts.

• Participate in hearings scheduled 7-14 days in advance, with flexibility in availability.
• No communication with clients, opposing counsel, or the court beyond the hearing itself.
• Adhere to all court requirements and deadlines as dictated by the firm.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed attorney in Texas and good standing with the State Bar.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to attend hearings as scheduled and report results via the online portal.
• Comfortable with technology and online systems for documentation submission.
• Spanish fluency is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
