Duties:

• Manage all aspects of pre-litigation.
• Collaborate with a dedicated pre-litigation team, including intake assistants, paralegals, and negotiators.
• Interact with clients, adjusters, and other legal professionals.
• Ensure thorough preparation of cases for settlement or handoff to litigation team.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in personal injury.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Hands-on management of multiple cases and team members.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active state bar membership in good standing.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
