Job Overview: A prominent law firm is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Finance & Restructuring practice group, focusing on fund finance. This role is suited for attorneys with 4-6 years of transactional legal experience, with a preference for those experienced in finance law.

Duties

• Manage and support fund finance transactions within the Finance & Restructuring practice group.
• Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of finance-related agreements and legal documents.
• Conduct detailed legal research and provide strategic support for finance cases.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, providing guidance and updates on transactions.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices in all finance-related matters.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of transactional legal experience, ideally with exposure to finance law.
• Strong academic credentials, with proven research and analytical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing in the candidate's state of residence.
