Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases from start to finish, including intake, discovery, and settlement negotiations or trials.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and discuss case strategies.
• Take and defend depositions, draft motions, and conduct legal research.
• Lead mediations, settlement conferences, and other dispute resolution processes.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal staff to develop and implement case strategies.
• Represent clients in court, including jury trials, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
• Uphold the highest professional standards and maintain a client-focused approach in all legal matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation.
• Proven track record as a successful first-chair jury trial attorney.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure, rules of evidence, and litigation strategies.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia State Bar.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.

Certifications:
