• Conduct comprehensive research, discovery, and factual investigations; report findings clearly and concisely.
• Review and analyze medical records; create detailed medical chronologies.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including memoranda, pleadings, and case progress reports.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and expert witnesses to build robust case strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal procedures, case law, and regulations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Experience in insurance defense is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active State Bar License in Florida.
