  • Draft, review, and administer legal documents, including motions, memoranda, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to compile thorough trial briefs.
  • Oversee and review discovery documents, strategizing on case direction based on findings.
  • Maintain a consistent schedule of hearings, court appearances, and case-related conferences.
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediations.
  • Conduct and facilitate depositions of expert witnesses and case witnesses.
  • Research legal precedents, interpret rulings, and anticipate potential legal risks.
  • Manage case files from initiation to closure, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates on case status.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in litigation, specifically in general liability or construction law.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active California Bar License.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor and strong ethical standards.
  • Familiarity with legal technology and case management systems.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
