A law firm in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-7 years of patent litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, managing complex discovery processes, and preparing for trial. Superior research, analytical, oral, and written communication skills are essential. The candidate should thrive in a collaborative team environment. A technical background is preferred.

Duties:

• Prepare and argue motions in patent litigation cases.
• Conduct depositions and manage complex discovery processes.
• Assist in trial preparation, including case strategy development and evidence presentation.
• Perform in-depth legal research and provide detailed analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and discovery requests.
• Oversee case management, ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and team members to devise and implement effective litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiate settlements as necessary.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in patent law and relevant technological advancements.

Requirements:

• 2-7 years of experience in patent litigation.
• Superior research, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Licensed to practice in Ohio or Washington, DC.
• Technical background preferred but not mandatory.

Education:
