Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases from start to finish, including trial
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and legal advice
• Take and defend depositions, conduct research, and draft legal documents
• Lead mediation and settlement discussions
• Develop case strategies and handle all aspects of litigation
• Ensure compliance with rules of civil procedure and rules of evidence
• Collaborate with a national network of attorneys and support staff
• Attend court hearings, pre-trial meetings, and trials

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation
• Proven success as 1st chair in jury trials
• Active and in good standing with the Florida State Bar
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and rules of evidence
• Experience drafting and responding to motions

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• An active Florida Bar license required

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice law in the State of Florida
