Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in construction transactions or a related field
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts
• Familiarity with industry-standard construction and design forms
• Experience in real estate development, large industrial projects, public procurement, or construction claims resolution is a plus
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio
