This role involves managing litigation cases from inception through trial, working in both state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. Duties:

  • Manage and oversee litigation files from initiation through trial.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Develop case strategies and provide legal counsel to clients.
  • Prepare and respond to discovery requests.

Requirements:
