Mid-Level Advocacy Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm based in Denver, CO, is seeking a Mid-Level Advocacy Associate Attorney to join its thriving litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in complex business litigation, including natural resources, real property, and bankruptcy disputes. The role requires expertise in all aspects of litigation, excellent writing and advocacy skills, and the ability to provide superior client service.

Duties:

• Manage complex business litigation cases involving natural resources, real property, bankruptcy, and commercial disputes.
• Conduct comprehensive discovery, including document review and analysis.
• Handle motions practice, including drafting and arguing motions.
• Take and defend depositions, and manage all aspects of case preparation and strategy.
• Provide superior client service and strategic legal advice throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies and ensure high-quality representation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in complex business litigation.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex discovery, motions practice, deposition experience, and case management.
• Proven ability to deliver superior client service and manage high-stakes litigation matters.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Colorado Bar license preferred.
• Judicial clerkship and/or law review experience is a plus.
• Experience with large or sophisticated boutique law firms is advantageous.
