  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide high-quality legal counsel.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in litigation, preferably construction law.
  • Proven track record in managing litigation cases from start to finish.
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar License (State of Florida).
  • Certification in Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) a plus but not required.
