  • Playing a lead role as an extension of client business teams.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of private equity and mergers and acquisitions experience.
  • Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective verbal, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Good business and strategic judgment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Bar in CO.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in drafting and negotiating various legal documents.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in a large law firm working with private equity sponsors.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
