Real Estate/Finance Attorney

Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks real estate/finance attorney with experience. The candidate should have experience in real estate acquisition and finance, commercial lending, commercial secured transactions, and real estate investment. Should have experience working with financial institutions and is ready to hit the ground running by assisting clients with drafting and negotiating debt and security documents as well as purchase and sale agreements, analyzing title reports, due diligence, and managing escrow closings. Some client base is required and must be a member of the Washington State Bar Association or eligible for reciprocity. A California State Bar license is a plus.
