  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
  • Handle negotiations and resolve issues that may arise during transactions.
  • Perform legal research and analysis related to real estate law.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in real estate law and industry knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills and responsiveness to clients and team members.
  • Excellent customer and client service orientation.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in title review and resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple parties and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency with technology and legal software.
  • Licensed to practice law in Florida.
  • Licensed Notary Public.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida.

Skills:
