Senior Litigation Attorney (Class Action)

A law firm seeks an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join its team specializing in product liability, mass torts, and class action litigation. This role offers a dynamic environment to work on high-stakes cases while collaborating with a talented legal team. This position is not on the partnership track.

Duties:

• Prepare detailed legal documents, including briefs, motions, and memoranda, tailored to case needs.
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of discovery materials to develop and refine case strategies.
• Draft and review written discovery responses, ensuring thoroughness and precision.
• Create deposition outlines to support effective witness preparation and examination.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on class action cases.
• Proven ability to draft high-quality legal documents such as motions to dismiss, discovery materials, and summary judgment motions.
• Strong research and analytical skills to interpret legal data and inform case strategies.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (e.g., New Jersey).
