Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft legal pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Manage the discovery process, including document review and production.
• Take and defend depositions, including preparing clients and witnesses.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement case strategies.
• Provide legal advice to clients involved in lawsuits, including risk assessment and case evaluation.
• Represent clients in court, during trials, and in arbitration proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda and briefs.
• Attend court hearings, mediation sessions, and settlement negotiations.
• Maintain and manage case files and ensure all deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Colorado or eligible for admission via waiver.
• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience.
• Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial attitude.
• High level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exemplary client service.
