Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload involving general liability matters, from case inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and legal documents in connection with various defense cases.
• Take and defend depositions, and handle oral arguments in court.
• Provide strategic legal analysis and guidance to clients.
• Represent clients in matters involving premises liability, general liability, automobile liability, and insurance defense.
• Prepare discovery responses and manage all aspects of litigation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• 3 to 5 years of litigation experience, particularly in defending liability claims.
• Strong experience in drafting pleadings, motions, and answering discovery.
• Experience in premises liability, general liability, automobile claims, and insurance defense.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and work independently.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
