This role offers the opportunity to advocate for clients in high-stakes insurance litigation, ensuring they receive the benefits and protections they are entitled to under their policies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong advocacy skills, capable of handling complex cases from inception to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Advocacy: Represent policyholders in insurance-related disputes, including coverage denials and bad faith claims.

  • Case Development: Conduct thorough legal research, review insurance policies, analyze claim details, and craft compelling legal arguments.

  • Litigation & Negotiation: Handle all phases of litigation, including depositions, mediations, settlement negotiations, and courtroom trials.

  • Legal Documentation: Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents to support case strategy and secure favorable client outcomes.

  • Strategic Case Management: Oversee a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and efficient progression of matters.

  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work alongside a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal professionals to develop case strategies and maximize success.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Active license to practice law and in good standing with the state bar.

  • 1–6 years of litigation experience, preferably in first-party property insurance or related fields.

  • Strong legal research, analytical, and written communication skills.

  • Effective negotiation and courtroom advocacy abilities.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $80,000 – $200,000 (Base + Commission).
