A law firm seeks litigation attorneys to join its Princeton, NJ office in a hybrid capacity. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills, possess excellent writing abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires collaborative team players who understand the business interests of clients and are committed to maintaining high professional and ethical standards.

Duties

  • Represent clients in commercial and employment litigation, focusing on creditor's rights, bankruptcy, insurance coverage and defense, employment defense, and intellectual property matters.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure alignment on case objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality legal work and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Stay informed about relevant legal developments and industry trends to provide informed legal counsel.

Requirements

  • Must be licensed or admitted to practice law in at least one of the following states: NJ, NY, or PA.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
  • Commitment to professional growth and ethical responsibilities.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the state bar of at least one of the following states: NJ, NY, or PA.
